Quickemu is a frontend for QEMU (a very fast hypervisor) Quickemu quickly creates and runs highly optimized desktop virtual machines for Linux, macOS and Windows; with just two commands. You decide what operating system you want to run and Quickemu will figure out the best way to do it for you. 

Quickemu I think is best run in Linux. I have not tried Mac,it will probably works well. The Windows version seems half baked.

When the video below was made you were able to download Windows, and Mac OS without leaving Quickemu UI. I don’t think that is available anymore. You will have to download them from their websites.
