The Pixel and the Pixel XL are the new flagship smartphones from Google, supposedly to compete with the iPhone an the the Samsung phones. The Pixel phones will be anufactured by HTC but for the first time this phone is 100% designed by Google, hardware and software. These new Google phones have some highend specs but they also come with a highend price starting at $649 for the smaller Pixel and up to $869 for the 128GB Pixel XL.

With their lack of reputation as a phone manufacturer I’m doubtful of Google selling a phone this expencive. Maybe I will buy the small one when they knock off a couple of hundred.
