American Megatrends the popular maker of BIOS firmware has created the ability for you to run a full Android installation on your Windows machine. Called DuOS it is an Android emulator for Windows.  Sorry DuOS is only free to try for 30 days but it is very reasonably priced. $10 for Jellybean and $15 for Lolloipop.
