Microsoft has just released the preview of the next version of Windows. Called Windows 10 it looks like a hybrid of Windows 7 and 8 but with some major differences like:
- The Modern UI apps (Windows 8 style) open in their own window now and you can manipulate them to be place anywhere on the desktop at any size.
- The start menu has returned and you can resize it.
- Search in the start-menu gives you matching settings, files, apps and even web search results.
